About Us

Eddie is a co-founder and Senior Partner of Eagle Global Advisors. He serves on the management committee and all investment committees of the firm. In addition to being a co-manager of the Eagle MLP Strategy Fund, he is a Portfolio Manager for a variety of institutional and high net worth clients. Eddie is a co-creator of many of the portfolio strategies and proprietary investment management tools of the firm. Eddie received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago and his B.S.E. in Engineering from Princeton University. Eddie holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is also a member of the Houston CFA Society. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Asia Society Texas Center and is on the board of the Menil Collection.

Steven is a co-founder and Senior Partner of Eagle Global Advisors. Steven serves as Director of Client Service and is a member of the investment committees for the firm’s strategies. He is also a Portfolio Manager for a variety of institutional and high net worth clients. Prior to founding Eagle, Steven was employed by Eagle Management & Trust Company and Criterion Investment Management Company. Steven earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas and an MBA from Rice University. Steven also serves as a Board Member of the M.A. Wright Fund at Rice University’s Jones School of Management.

John is a Senior Partner of Eagle Global Advisors. He serves as Co-Chairman of the U.S. and International Investment Committees, oversees the firm’s trading operations, is a Portfolio Manager, and is also a member of the investment committees for the firm’s strategies. Prior to joining Eagle, John was employed by Eagle Management & Trust Company and as director of research for Continental Intervest. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Texas and an MBA from Rice University. John holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a member of the CFA Institute and is a former President and Director of the CFA Society of Houston. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business teaching an MBA class on Stock Analysis. John is a native of Colombia and is fluent in Spanish.

Alex serves as Co-Head of the Eagle Energy Infrastructure team and Co-Chair of the Energy Infrastructure Investment Committee. He shares Portfolio Manager responsibilities for the firm’s four separate Energy Infrastructure strategies. Prior to joining Eagle in 2013, Alex was employed by Waterfront Capital Partners as a Portfolio Manager focusing on Exploration & Production, Midstream & Utilities. Prior to Waterfront, Alex was a Managing Director at Zimmer Lucas Capital focused on E&P, MLP and utility securities. Other past work experience includes corporate development and financial planning at UniSource Energy and investment banking at Lehman Brothers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Michael leads the Renewables effort at Eagle Global Advisors, including the development of active and passive strategies, and portfolio management. He is also the Co-Head of the Energy Infrastructure team and Co-Chair of the Energy Infrastructure Investment Committee.  He shares Portfolio Manager responsibilities for the firm’s four separate Energy Infrastructure strategies. Prior to joining Eagle in May 2014 Michael was employed by Goldman, Sachs & Co. for ten years where he covered Midstream for seven years and small/mid cap Oil Services for three.  Prior to Goldman, Michael worked for three years as a sell-side equity trader at various Wall Street firms. He earned bachelor’s degrees in Economics and History from Union College, and an MBA from the Hagan School of Business at Iona College. Michael holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Steve serves as an Investment Analyst on the Energy Infrastructure Team and is a member of the Energy Infrastructure Investment Committee. He is the primary analyst on multiple infrastructure companies, both in renewable and traditional energy located in several jurisdictions like Canada and Europe. Prior to joining Eagle in 2017, Steve was employed at Goldman, Sachs & Co. covering pipelines and MLPs. Prior to Goldman, Steve worked as a sell-side analyst at various Wall Street firms including Bank of America Merrill Lynch and BMO Capital Markets. Steve earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from NYU Stern.

Brian is Co-Chairman of the Global Equity investment committees and a Portfolio Manager for the Global Equity strategies. His responsibilities include serving as a global research analyst covering equities across various industries and regions as well as leading the efforts in creating and monitoring the quantitative tools used in the global equity investment research process.  Prior to joining Eagle, Brian was employed by Fidelity Investments where he served as a mutual fund accounting manager. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant College and an MBA from Rice University. Brian holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Houston.

Andrea serves as a global investment analyst covering U.S. and international equities across various industries. She is a member of the international and domestic investment committees. Her responsibilities also include assisting in the execution of investment projects as well as calculating portfolio characteristics on a quarterly basis. Prior to joining Eagle, Andrea was employed by Trusco Capital Management where she served as an equity research analyst, portfolio manager’s assistant, and trader. Prior to Trusco, Andrea served as a derivatives analyst first with Credit Lyonnais and then Deutsch Bank, both in Paris, France. Andrea is a native of France and earned an MBA in International Business from ESLSCA, Paris. Andrea holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a member of the CFA institute and the CFA Society of Houston.

Bill serves as a global investment analyst covering U.S. and international equities across various industries. He is a member of the international and domestic investment committees. His responsibilities also include assisting in the execution of investment projects as well as calculating portfolio characteristics on a quarterly basis. Prior to joining Eagle, Bill was employed by Canaccord Adams where he served as the U.S. Oilfield Services Analyst. Prior to Canaccord Adams, Bill served as an Equity Research Associate with Sterne, Agee & Leach and as a Business Analyst for BindView Development Corporation and Solid Systems, Inc. Bill began his career as a Financial Advisor with PaineWebber. Bill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Texas and an MBA with concentrations in Investment Management and Finance from the Yale School of Management. Bill holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Houston.

Raj is a global investment analyst covering U.S. and international equities across various industries. He is a member of the international and domestic investment committees. He also serves as lead portfolio manager for the EGA Innovation Strategy. His responsibilities include generating new investment ideas as well as researching current portfolio holdings, assisting in the execution of investment projects and calculating portfolio characteristics on a monthly basis. Prior to joining Eagle, Raj was employed by Alpha Capital Management where he served as a senior analyst. Prior to Alpha, Raj has served in analyst roles at Rogge Capital Management and Citigroup. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi Technological University and an MBA from The University of Texas. Raj holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a member of the CFA Institute.

Rachel serves as Marketing Communications Manager. She is responsible for the creation of the firm’s branding strategies, client communications and marketing collateral. She also oversees the quarterly update cycle, manages data requests from consultants and financial intermediaries, and provides marketing support for business development and client service activities. Prior to joining Eagle, Rachel worked in marketing and business development for a civil engineering firm. She received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Masters in Marketing and Brand Management from Istituto Marangoni, Milan, Italy.

Selena currently serves as Head Trader at Eagle Global Advisors, where she is responsible for the trading and trade settlement teams. In this role, she provides leadership to the trading team, oversees workflows and enhances team policies to meet the needs of the firm. Prior to joining Eagle, she was employed at Piedra Capital and Enron Corp. as an equity trader. Selena has over 20 years of financial services experience and earned a Bachelor of Finance from Texas A&M University.

Alicia currently serves as Trader and is responsible for trading Eagle’s equity, bond portfolios and FX. She has worked at Eagle for 17 years and has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eagle, Alicia was employed at Davis, Hamilton, Jackson & Associates for over 6 years and served as a Trader and Portfolio Administrator. She was also employed by Tanglewood Capital Management as Portfolio Administrator.

Jorene serves as Manager of Portfolio Accounting and Head of Client Reporting. She also is the lead administrative contact in client service, working with wealth advisors, consultants and individual clients. Jorene has been with Eagle Global Advisors, LLC since its inception in 1996. Previously, she worked for Eagle Management & Trust Co. for nine years in the client reporting and service departments and for Criterion Investment Management Co in a similar position. She has worked in the financial services industry in various capacities for over 30 years.

Shelley serves as Senior Vice President, Compliance and Operations and works to develop, enforce, and maintain Eagle’s compliance policies and ensure they are reasonable designed to prevent violations. Shelley also manages the Fund Administration team and oversees the firm’s operational issues and agendas. Prior to joining Eagle Shelley was employed by Cutter Associates, a recognized leader in consulting to the investment management industry. Shelley also worked for WestLB Asset Management, Nicholas Applegate Capital Management, Transamerica Asset Management, and Criterion Investment Management. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee.

Stephen serves as Vice President of Finance. He is responsible for the preparation and presentation of quarterly financial statements and works closely with Eagle’s tax advisors for the preparation of the firm’s federal and state tax returns. He also manages other accounting and human resources tasks that entail processing and reviewing payroll, employee benefit analysis and vendor cost comparisons. Prior to joining Eagle, Stephen worked at Moore, Reichl and Baker, a privately held CPA firm, for twelve years. Steven earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and holds the Certified Public Accountant designation. He is a member of the CPA Society of Houston and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Vu serves as Managed Funds Administrator where he is responsible for overseeing the fund administration of MLP partnerships handled by ALPS Alternative Investment Services, LLC, who is the external administrator. Vu has over 12 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eagle, Vu worked for AIG as a data analyst. He received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of California, Davis and his Master in Accountancy from the University of Houston.

Reagan currently serves as Client Service Administrator. She is primarily responsible for client account maintenance, including portfolio accounting administration. She also serves as a backup for operations, as well as assisting with compliance. Prior to joining Eagle in 2015, Reagan graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in General Business.

Pat serves as Manager of Administration and is responsible for the administration team along with the Energy Infrastructure client service team. She also works closely with the manager of portfolio accounting on separately managed account strategies. Pat has over 33 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eagle in 2004, Pat was employed by WestLB Asset Management, Nicholas Applegate Capital Management, Transamerica Asset Management, and Criterion Investment Management.

Cassandra currently serves as Executive Assistant and provides support to Senior Partners Edward R. Allen, and Steven S. Russo.  She is primarily responsible for providing client and operational support. Cassandra has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eagle in 2008, Cassandra was employed by Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator and Sales Assistant to the Institutional Equity Sales Division.

Chianti serves as Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. She brings more than 15+ years of Administrative Assistant experience to Eagle. Prior to joining Eagle in 2019, Chianti worked in the Oil & Gas Industry. She worked for Diamond Offshore Drilling as the Executive Assistant for Marketing and Operations for 5 years and prior to that, she was with Houston Methodist in administration within the Healthcare field. She received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.

Duane currently serves as the IT Manager and is responsible for Eagle Global Advisors’ technology footprint. He has worked at Eagle for over 10 years and has 20+ years’ experience in the information technology field. Prior to joining Eagle, Duane was an independent contractor working with several local IT service providers supporting systems and users in multiple sectors, was Network Administrator and Lead Trainer for Tandem Training and Consulting, and a sole proprietor in a home technology and networking business.
